Bequest or Legacy
A bequest or legacy will perpetuate the tradition of the USO for years to come. Please consult with your lawyer and have a phrase such as the following inserted in your will or added as a codicil:
"I give, devise, and bequeath to USO, Inc., Washington, D.C., the sum of _______ dollars (or otherwise describe the gift) for the general purposes and uses of the organization at the discretion of the USO World Board of Governors."
Planned Gifts
Other forms of giving, such as gifts of insurance, gift annuities, gifts of stock, and charitable trusts, are also encouraged. Not only will you receive tax benefits, but you will also provide long-term support to our sons and daughters in uniform, wherever they may be.
